Kitchen Renovation

Kitchens Built for Real Family Life

The kitchen is where most homes do their living. A good renovation gets the layout right first (where you cook, prepare, store and sit) and then finishes it to a standard you'll enjoy for years.

Virtue designs and renovates kitchens across Leeds, York and the surrounding areas of West and North Yorkshire. We handle everything from stripping out the old kitchen to the plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring and final fit, so the whole job is managed by one team.

Whether you're replacing a tired kitchen in the same space, knocking through to create an open-plan kitchen diner or fitting a kitchen into a new extension, we'll plan it with you from the start.

  • Open-plan kitchen diners and knock-throughs
  • Kitchen islands and breakfast bars
  • Worktops, splashbacks and sinks
  • Plumbing for sinks and appliances
  • Lighting, sockets and appliance connections
  • Flooring, plastering and decorating
  • Utility rooms and pantry storage

How a Virtue Kitchen Renovation Works

We start with a free consultation at your home to understand how you use the kitchen, what isn't working and what you'd like to spend. You'll get a clear, no-obligation estimate.

We then plan the order of works so the trades arrive at the right time: strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrics, plastering, flooring, fitting and finishing. You'll have a clear schedule before work starts and one point of contact throughout.

For help with colours, finishes and the overall look, our interior design partners can work alongside the build.
